  POSITION TITLE:   Peoplesoft DBA  
  SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:   Peoplesoft DBA ver 7.x & 8.x - Backup, Restore, apply patches, Peopletools is a big plus. Need 2 years experience with Peoplesoft DataBase  
  LOCATION:   Bay Area, New Jersey, Boston, Michigan, Atlanta & VA  
  START DATE:   ASAP  
  PAY RATE:   OPEN -Hourly all inclusive DOE  
  LENGTH:   Contract: 3 to 6 months

  COMMENTS:
Title: Peoplesoft DBA
Degree/Major: BS in CS or related field

Qualifications:

* SOLID knowledge of Peoplesoft DBA using Oracle and/or MS- SQL Server
* Experience in PeopleTools a big plus
* UNIX experience, and/or NT is a big plus
* Experience and talent in "LIVE" Production Operations

Desired Skills:

* 2+ years of Experience as a Peoplesoft DBA
* Programming skills a big plus.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain the company's Peoplesoft database, apply patches, perform backup-restore,etc.
* Work with various organizations to gather requirements for Peoplesoft connectivity and plan DB accordingly
* Performance Tune the Peoplesoft systems as required.
